Innowrap Cold Applied Tape
Innowrap is one of the few corrosion-resistant external pipe coating systems in the world that adopted the co-extrusion process. Co-extrusion technology has over 40 years of proven records in the coating industry in which butyl rubberand polyethylene are extruded as a single integrated body resulting in zero delamination and product uniformity. The system is certified and exceeds the requirements of DVGW DIN EN12068 C50 & B30, AWWA C209 & C214, KOGAS-GSM-2114, KS D 8500, and other international standards. In addition to factory coating of water supply and oil and gas pipelines, it can be applied directly to various areas such as fittings, joints, flanges, elbows, and tees at the job site.
Kowrap Heat Shrinkable Sleeve
Kowrap is a heat shrinkable sleeve for corrosion protection that uses strong heat shrinkage force and is applied to buried and exposed steel pipelines. It is certified by the KOGAS GSM-2113 Heat shrinkable material standard, German Gas and Water Association (DVGW), and European DIN EN12068 and ISO 21809-3 standards. Its strong adhesion and long-term durability guarantee long-term corrosion protection under various buried conditions and a high-stress environment. Kowrap has been widely used in gas, water, and other pipeline industries domestically and internationally.
Innoplus Heat Shrinkable Casing
Innoplus heat-shrink casing system is a finishing material for pre-insulated pipelines consisting of an erupted-cross linked tubular heat-shrink casing and accessories used for effective sealing and protection. The heat-shrinkable casinghas a modified chemical structure by irradiating the polymer material with radiation to induce intermolecular cross-linking. It greatly improves thermal and water insulation performance of field joints on pre-insulated pipelines. This product has passed the EN489 European standard soil stress test and has been approved by the Korea District Heating Corporation.
